Welcome to the Above + Beyond Cancer Cycling Club! We are committed to providing opportunities and experiences to cancer survivors and caregivers that push them to travel to new places, meet new people and live life with passion and purpose. For those who believe in a mind, body, spirit approach to cancer survivorship, we encourage you to join our Above + Beyond Cancer Cycling Club today.
Our Cycling Club offers indoor cycling on Wednesday nights and outdoor group rides on Tuesday nights during the Spring, Summer, and Fall.

The 2024 Cycling Club Schedule
Tuesday rides leave from the South Shelter in Water Works Park at 4201 George Flagg Parkway. Complete the online Cycling Club form below receive email alerts as this schedule may change due to weather. You can also join the Above and Beyond Cancer Cycle Club on Facebook for updates and info on pop up rides. Three times a cycling season, we meet at the Raccoon River Valley Trailhead, in Waukee.

Cycling classes with Dr. Dick Deming every Wednesday at MercyOne Health & Fitness starting at 6:45pm followed by smoothies sponsored by Kitchen Collage. Membership is not required
